I decided to learn the art of Indian head massage at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. The intensive, short course taught by complimentary therapist Howard Carter was really lovely. I had a busy February/March, with no shortage of willing guinea pigs happy to be practised on - including my toddler. Everyone's a winner! For a heavenly indian head massage Walthamstow-based Howard can do home visits (howardcarter46@hotmail.com).
Next up, reflexology at Morley College in April!
